Arza Kell (Old Exekian: "silver mountain") is a mountain in Apicarta. It is part of the Kuhlimani range, and is one of its smallest peaks.

Below the mountain is a vast network of limestone and marble caves, eroded by a subterranean river. The spectacular stalactii and other rock formations found in these caves were largely unknown to the public until after the publishing of Gavin Zosimus' Hymns to Akhen, which described how Dagda Vormund and his followers used the caves as a headquarters and semi-permanent residence. Likewise, the Exekian aisling Kemet, an important figure with their faith, lived in the caves for centuries and buried his copies of the Mandorlin, or holy books, in the earth there.
