Roy Renard is an Alucar carpenter. He is the eldest child of Hester and Milo Renard. His siblings are Rowan and Rhonda.
Growing up he was close to his little brother Rowan, who looked up to him, but over time they drifted apart due to their large age difference.
An attempt at working as a carpenter in Bering ended disastrously due to Roy's drinking. He currently lives with his mother on her farm near Bodai.
